That’s right — for October, we’re inviting you to pick a layout you love and give it a new twist. Maybe it’s a page that’s been sitting in your “saved” folder for ages, something from Pinterest, or even one of your own past creations. Find a design that sparks something, and recreate it with your own stash and story.
There’s no need to overthink it — this challenge is all about inspiration over imitation. Use the layout’s bones (composition, flow, placement) and then make it your own.
🖍️ What’s a Scraplift?
A scraplift is like a creative remix — you take a layout that catches your eye and borrow its vibe. Copy the photo placement, colour scheme, or design flow… then add your own magic ✨ It’s a fab way to jump-start creativity when your mojo’s a bit sleepy.
🎨 How to Enter
🖼️ Choose a layout you love — from a magazine, a blog, social media, or your own past projects.
📒 Create a new layout, card, journal page, or papercraft project inspired by that original design.
📸 Share your project in our Creative Junket: Crafting Connections Facebook Group by October 31st, 2025 at 11:59pm NZT. Include a photo or link to the layout you lifted if possible.
✂️ You can enter as many times as you like — just make sure at least one project is new and uses products mostly purchased from Creative Junket.
