Shipping policy

We do our best to get your crafty goodies packed safely and on their way as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about shipping and delivery from Creative Junket.

📦 Processing Times

Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days. Once your order has been packed and dispatched, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey.

Couriers don't collect or deliver on weekends or public holidays, so orders placed on Fridays or over the weekend will begin processing on the next business day.

Deliveries are sent without a signature by default. If you'd prefer signature delivery or have special delivery requirements, please get in touch before placing your order.

🚚 New Zealand Shipping

We ship throughout New Zealand from Upper Hutt.

Wellington region parcels may arrive the next business day after dispatch, while most North and South Island urban addresses usually arrive within a few business days. Rural deliveries may take a little longer.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and may vary due to courier delays, weather or public holidays.

🎁 Free Shipping

We offer free New Zealand shipping on qualifying orders over $100.

• Applies to qualifying full-price products.
• Cannot be combined with sale pricing or promotional discount codes.
• Reward vouchers may be used, however the order must still total over $100 after the reward has been applied.

📍 Local Pickup

Local pickup is available free of charge from Upper Hutt.

Simply choose Local Pickup during checkout. We'll email you when your order is ready and arrange a convenient collection time.

📦 Combining Orders

Placed another order before your first one has shipped? No problem!

Use the code COMBINE at checkout on your second order and we'll combine everything into one parcel wherever possible.

• Your original order must not already have been dispatched.
• Please use the same customer name and delivery address.
• If you forget the code, simply contact us with both order numbers.

🇦🇺 Shipping to Australia

We currently ship to Australia as well as New Zealand.

A flat $25 NZD shipping charge is collected at checkout.

Because Australian parcel costs vary depending on weight and size:

• If shipping costs less than $25, we'll refund the difference.
• If shipping costs more than $25, we'll contact you before dispatch.

Shipping prices above are estimates for a standard pizza-box sized parcel and may vary depending on parcel size, weight and the latest carrier pricing.

⏱ Delivery Estimates

Tracked courier deliveries generally arrive within 5–10 business days, while economy services usually take around 1–2 weeks.

Customs processing and courier delays are outside our control and may occasionally extend delivery times.

Customs & Duties

Import duties, taxes or customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient where applicable.

❓ Shipping Delays & Missing Parcels

Once your parcel has been collected by the courier, delivery is outside our direct control. If your parcel is delayed or appears to be missing, please contact us within 10 business days of dispatch and we'll do everything we can to help.
