Refund policy
We hope you love everything you order from Creative Junket — but if something’s not quite right, we’ll do our best to help.
Change of Mind
Please choose carefully, as we don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Most of our items are limited or seasonal, so we can’t guarantee availability for swaps. If you’ve ordered something by mistake, get in touch — we might be able to help if your order hasn’t shipped yet.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, as long as:
- The item is unused and in original condition
- It’s in the original packaging
- You can provide proof of purchase (your order number)
To start a return, email us at info@creativejunket.nz with your order number and a quick explanation. Please wait for a reply before sending anything back.
Return Shipping
If you're returning an item, you’ll need to cover the return shipping cost — unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order. We recommend using tracked postage to ensure it reaches us safely.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We’re unable to accept returns for:
- Clearance or sale items
- Opened paints, inks, or adhesive products
- Digital downloads
Faulty or Damaged Items
If something arrives damaged or faulty, we’re so sorry! Please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit — whatever works best for you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund within a few business days. Refunds will go back to your original payment method, but timing may vary depending on your bank.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
