How to Create a Gorgeous Dimensional Christmas Scrapbook Layout Using Cocoa Vanilla’s Deck the Halls Collection 🎄✨

Today, I’m sharing a tutorial featuring the stunning Cocoa Vanilla Deck the Halls collection, a sprinkle of Crate Paper's Holly Jolly Holidays, and plenty of holiday cheer! Let’s get crafting!

Supplies You'll Need:

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Fussy Cut Your Wreath

I have a soft spot for wreaths, so I knew I wanted to spotlight the stunning one from the Festivity paper. Here’s how I did it:

  • Carefully fussy cut the entire wreath, including the center.
  • Pop the wreath up on foam tape to create depth and dimension.

Pro Tip: Don’t worry about perfect edges—it all adds to the charm! 😊

2. Add Florals and Ornaments

Next, I got busy fussy cutting the Ornamentals paper. I snipped out a mix of florals and ornaments to layer around the wreath. These pieces are perfect for creating a lush, festive look.

3. Gingerbread Goodness

I can’t resist gingerbread-themed goodies, so I added some adorable gingerbread ephemera from Crate Paper's Holly Jolly Holidays. These little guys look like they’re peeking out from the foliage—so cute! 😍

To achieve this effect:

  • Tuck the gingerbread pieces behind the wreath layers.
  • Play with their placement until you love how they look!

4. Layer Your Photo

It’s time to highlight your memory!

Choose a spot inside the wreath and layer your photo on some coordinating paper and add a few stickers or embellishments for extra flair.

5. Add Your Title and Journaling

Using those adorable alpha stickers from the Holly Jolly Holidays collection, I added my title to complete the design. Then, I finished with a bit of handwritten journaling to capture the story behind the photo.

Tips for Making It Your Own:

  • Swap in your favorite embellishments or themed papers to match your style.
  • Use glitter glue or sequins for an extra sparkle—because what’s Christmas without a little bling? ✨
  • Try a different shape or arrangement if wreaths aren’t your thing.

The Final Result

This layout was such a joy to create—layering, fussy cutting, and adding little gingerbread folks peeking out made it feel so festive and fun! 🌟 I hope this inspires you to try your hand at creating a dimensional Christmas wreath layout of your own.
