Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from?

We ship all orders from our cosy little shop in Upper Hutt, New Zealand.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment we ship within New Zealand and to Australia. If you're elsewhere, get in touch — we might be able to help!

How much is shipping?

See our Shipping Policy for current rates.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to pack and send your goodies within 1–3 business days.

📮 NZ Urban: Usually 2–4 working days

🚜 NZ Rural: 3–5 working days

✈️ Australia: 7–12 working days

You'll get tracking info as soon as your order is on its way.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes! Local pickup is available in Upper Hutt by arrangement. Just choose the pickup option at checkout — we'll be in touch to organise a time.

Will I get tracking details?

Absolutely. Once your parcel is packed and sent, you’ll get a tracking link by email.

Do you combine orders?

We sure do — please use the code COMBINE at checkout.

What if my parcel is late or missing?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days after dispatch, please contact us. We’ll lodge a claim with the courier and help sort things out.

Do you use eco-friendly packaging?

We try to reuse and recycle packaging materials where we can — your parcel might not be fancy, but it’s packed with love (and less waste!).

Order Questions

How do I know if my order went through?

You'll get an automatic confirmation email after checking out. If it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder — or feel free to message me and I’ll double-check.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change, just let me know as soon as you can. If I haven’t packed and shipped it yet, I’ll do my best to update it for you.

Where can I track my order?

Once your order is packed and on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can use this to follow your parcel’s journey right to your doorstep.

What if something’s missing or not quite right?

If anything is wrong or missing, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order. I’ll sort it out as quickly (and kindly!) as I can.

Can I combine orders?

Oops — I forgot to add something to my order! If you've placed a second order and the first one hasn't been sent yet, message me quickly. I’ll do my best to combine them and refund any extra shipping if possible.

Do you include packing slips or invoices?

Yes — I usually include a printed packing slip inside your parcel. If you need a digital copy or tax invoice, just flick me a message.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your order! If something’s not quite right, please get in touch within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Returns accepted for unopened, full-priced items.
  • Sale items are final sale.
  • Return shipping is at the buyer’s cost unless we’ve made a mistake.

Can I return something if I change my mind?

We don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind — so please choose carefully. But if you ordered something by accident, get in touch quickly and we’ll see what we can do (especially if it hasn’t shipped yet).

What’s your return timeframe?

You can return eligible items within 30 days of purchase, as long as they’re unopened, unused, and in original condition.

How do I start a return?

Email us at info@creativejunket.nz with your order number and a quick note. We’ll let you know what to do next.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes — unless your item is damaged or we’ve made a mistake, return postage is your responsibility. We recommend using tracked shipping.

What can’t be returned?

We can’t accept returns on clearance/sale items, opened items or digital downloads.

What if something arrives damaged or faulty?

Email us within 7 days of receiving your parcel and include a photo if you can. We’ll sort it out with a refund, store credit, or replacement — whichever suits you best.

When will I get my refund?

Once we’ve received and approved your return, refunds are usually processed within a few business days (depending on your bank).

What is Creative Rewards?

It’s our loyalty program where you earn points just by shopping, following, or sharing — then turn those points into discounts on your next Creative Junket order. It's our way of saying thanks!

Ways to Earn Creative Rewards

  • Place an order – 1 point per $1 spent
  • Like us on Facebook – 50 points
  • Follow us on Instagram – 50 points
  • Share us on Facebook – 100 points
  • Celebrate your birthday – 100 points

Make sure you’re logged into your account when doing these things so your points get added automatically!

How to Redeem Points

You can redeem points for discounts at checkout.

100 Creative Rewards = $1 off

  1. Login to your Creative Junket account
  2. Rewards button (bottom left or right of your screen) — the Smile panel will pop up
  3. Ways to redeem and click Redeem
  4. Redeem
  5. Apply Code and your discount will be added straight to your cart — easy!

💡 Already redeemed a reward but didn’t use it yet?

Click on Your rewards in the panel to see your available codes. You can apply any unused code right from there.

Where do I see my points?

Log into your account and click the Creative Rewards icon. You’ll see your balance, reward options, and history.

Do points expire?

Yes — points are valid for 12 months from when you earn them. We’ll remind you before they expire so you can put them to good use.

Do reward codes work during sales or with other discounts?

Reward discounts can’t be combined with other promo codes, but they can usually be used on sale items.

How do I get birthday points?

Just add your birth date to your account through the Rewards panel (must be added at least 30 days in advance). On your birthday, you’ll get 100 points — no candles required 🎂

What is Crafting Connections?

It’s our casual community chat space where you can connect with other Creative Junket crafters! Share what you’re working on, ask questions, or just pop in for a yarn.

Where do I find it?

Head over to the Creative Junket Challenge Group on Facebook.

Do I have to post every week?

Nope! It’s totally casual. Join in when you can — whether it's a quick comment or sharing a full project.

Can I share non-scrapbooking crafts?

Yes, please do! We love seeing all kinds of creative projects — from cards to stitching and everything in between.
