Where do I see my points?
Log into your account and click the Creative Rewards icon to see your balance, rewards, and history.

Do points expire?
Yes — points are valid for 12 months from the date they’re earned.

Can I use rewards during sales?
Reward discounts can’t be combined with other promo codes, but they can usually be used on sale items.

How do I get birthday points?
Add your birth date in the Rewards panel at least 30 days in advance. You’ll receive 100 points on your birthday 🎉
